Nap of the Day:

The nap of the day goes to a race in Tramore. TAKEYOURCAPOFF in the 17.55 Hurdle is a tentative choice here. Tawaag will have his followers despite flopping in Galway but I just feel my selection has the handling of him. Takeyourcapoff won well on the flat in Killarney and that race shows to me hes hit some form and is not by any stretch of the imagination a poor jumper, he was last seen in this sphere chasing home the classy Jumbo Rio! Mark Bolger takes the mount and could have a great day with Jessica Harringtons mount. At best morning price!

Next Best Bet of the day

The Next best tip of the day goes to the 18.05 7f Handicap in Leopardstown. Noel Meade knows when to ready a horse to win and STILL POINT looks like that sort. He won over 7f at Down Royal in May and comes off the back of a terrific run last month at the Galway Festival. the most interesting thing for is that he is fitted with blinkers for the first time after that encouraging run! Pat Smullen takes the mount which is nearly a reason to back him on its own and the price of 3/1 is very backable!

The each way bet of the day is on the 19.05 group 3 stakes at Leopardstown. The favourite Emiyna deserves to be so and does set the form here but I like the each way chances of MORAN GRA. The horse can be forgiven his poor run at Galway as had to come wide from a poor draw which is frankly next to impossible in Galway. This horse is a very likeable horse who keeps finding more and more off the bridle and could well spring a surprise here at a tasty 10/1! Keven Manning being is also a major positive!
