Today is a poor days racing but Storm Survivor in the 14.35 Handicap Hurdle at Folkestone looks a good thing after his promising performance last time out. He will have needed that run and with the champion jockey back on board should improve on a more likeable surface than last time!

McManus horses are on good form and this horse is more tha capable of popping up here for trainer Jonjo O Neill at a nice 3/1 with Paddy Power!

In the 15.10 Handicap Chase at Folkestone I am going to take a chance with Romney Marsh. This horse ran a blinder last time out to finish second behind a smart type for the brilliant Rebecca Curtis and if showing that form here should prevail under a lovely weight in a very winnable race! Matty Batchelor takes the ride and his confidence should be flying after his heroics with CArruthers and odds of 5/2 are tempting.

The 14.20 Novices Handicap Chase at Ffos Las is a typical trappy looking affair but I like the each way chances of Minella Boys. This stable is firing in the winners at the moment and Charlkie Longsten seems to be able to do no wrong!! This horse really is modest formwise but he is a DERMOTIPPING each way selection as it would be no surprise to see him turn around and produce a career best display under the felix De Giles with his tongue tie removed for this stable and odds of 8/1 are therefore tempting.
