Today is a poor days racing but ROYAL MILE in the 14.30 Handicap Chase at Lingfield looks a good thing after his promising performance last time out. He travelled like a dream throughout just didn't quite get home and this really makes me feel he'l improve for that and should win this low quality affair for the in form Ferdy Murphy yard!

A favourite on this site Graham Lee takes the ride and off odds of 10/3 he should go well!

In the 14.20 Handicap Chase I am going to take a chance with BANKSTAIR. Tim Vaughan is a amazing with new recruits and I honestly think that this horse fits the profile of a horse that will improve over the bigger obstacles and I just feel that Tim Vaughans stable has targeted today as his chance! The horse formwise is proven over further and hasn't improved for this but maybe a change of scenery will spur him into life. The brilliant Richard Johnson takes the ride and odds of 6/1 are tempting.

The 15.20 Handicap Chase at Lingfield is a typical scrappy tuesday afternoon race but I like the each way chances of O Malleys Oscar. Suzie Smith had a great winner on emmaslegend at Ascot and this horse shows similiar form to that horse and may have the profile and improvement to show up here having been a fairly unused maiden and having got very close over this course and distance albeit over hurdles. Suzie Smith books the brilliant Liam Treadwell to take the ride and interestingly it is Liam Treadwells only ride and Suzie Smiths only runner. odds of 10/1 are therefore tempting.
