The 13.55 Handicap Hurdle at Clonmel is a typical open Irish race and despite their being a few types that could win this, I'm siding with Viaduct Joey. The briliant Tom Doyle takes the ride which in the form hes in is nearly enough to back him, However Viaduct Joey has so much going for him especially after his runaway victory over this distance at Galway and his general love of these conditions. 5/1 is a massive price in the grand scheme of things. With an each way forecast with Tillahow.

Next Best Bet of the day

The 14.55 at Clonmel is a strong mares race but I really like the look of the well handicapped of Shop Dj here!. Peter Fahey is a gutsy trainer and the fact that he is comng down from Clonmel for this horse really interests me. Blazing Tempo is a well bred horse but after her tough race last week one cannot be sure that she will be in tip top shape and Shop Djs weight gain should see her get over the line. 2/1 is a great price with the red hot Davy Russel on board .

In the 13.40 at Taunton I will take a tentative each way chance with DANCEWITHTHEDEVIL here! Ange Gurrier will have his followers because of his brilliant connections but our selection is also a very capable horse and should with the right attitude go very close here! BJ Llwellyn has booked the capable Aodhagon Conlon to take the ride which is a positive and odds of 13/2 really do seem generous.
