The 14.30 Novice's Chase at Ascot is going to be a cracking race and many in this race are winners in the making but I just feel the red hot Nicky Henderson runner Chablais will have the measure of them all. Todays ground will be no problem as time out proved. Also he travelled so well last time that it would suggest he'd be too strong here if getting his attitude right!Another Positive is that Barry Geraghty is a man on form and the horse will be bang on for this. Available at a nice 3/1 with Paddy Power.

Next Best Bet Of The Day:

The 13.45 Handicap Hurdle at Uttoxeter is going to be a nice open race and Drusselwill have his followers for recent form but a horse who will finally get his ideal trip and is on a very winnable mark is is  Bendant. He travelled supremely well last time out and would have been a lot closer  - only for a clumsy mistake to cost him, off the same mark he does seem dangerous here. Available at a nice 9/2 with Paddy Power for the likeable Paddy Brennan.

Each Way Selection Of The Day:

The 15.05 Handicap at Ascot is a nice open looking race but I like the each way chances of Lightening Strike.  . Hazy Tom is a horse going places and he may win here but Lightening Strike is on an amazingly dangerous mark on old form! He is back from a long absence but Venetia Williams is very good at gettinga  horse fit and it would surprise to see him bounce right back to form. Top jockey Sam takes the ride and odds of 8/1 are luring.
