 Nap of the day: Growise Novice Chase 18.40 (Nap)

Typically intriguing contest here - and It is a race that centres around the Cheltenham winner Back in Focus. I just feel however he may bump into one too good here in Lyreen Legend.

He was so unlucky at Cheltenham - Bryan Cooper somewhat panicked in my opinion and went after Boston Bob at the second last, he fell and Lyreen Legend was left in the lead for far too long. He was swallowed up by Lord Windermere on that day. With the right tactics though I don't fear any of these for my selection and at 5/1 he has to be taken.

HBack in Focus won the 4 miler at Cheltenham, but was somewhat fortunate that Tofino Bay was left in front so long and began to thread water! I still feel Lyreen Legend had the measure of Boston Bob at Cheltenham also.

His price is just too big and with man of the moment Bryan Cooper on board, this could be one of the races of the festival.

Herald Champion Novice Hurdle 16.20

You will struggle to find a harder race to crack - with 2 many horses at a similar level. However at the prices I just feel Rule The World is the best priced horse in the field.

All of these horse come here on the back of a good Cheltenham run - my selection comes here having ran a blinder. He will appreciate the conditions and will also love the drop to 2 miles. He has it in his locker to pose the big two big problems with his natural cruising speed and if allowed some rope out at the front he could surprise here.

There is no doubting the potential of the big two here but they ran in a very hard race at Cheltenham and were left in front - my selection ran a blinder behind the new one and the new one franked that form at Aintree - 9/2 is simply too big in my reckoning.
