oscars well could win here

Really good contest here and despite the small field this looks to be cracking contest - but I see Oscars Well finally fulfilling his potential.

This horse looked to have finally got things together last time out when leading at the last in a very decent contest - only to make a shuddering mistake and hand the race to Benefficent, who franked the form in going on to win well at Cheltenham.

All in all he looks the one to beat in my eyes and I will be backing him all the way.

Robbie Power loves this horse and I find it very interesting that he horse has won on heavy in the past.

This really is a typical Irish handicap - anyone could win this. I just feel however to two to stay on the right side off are Rye Martini and Follow the Sign.

Rye Martini is a very interesting runner - he ran a blinder last time out on soft ground over a trip that was simply too short, its also interesting that after that run this unexposed sort is thrown in at the deep end here by Colm Murphy. I also really like the fact that Jane Mangan keeps the ride - she is a very talented jockey and hopefully she can gain some compensation for her distrastrous and unlucky fall from the sure to win Oscar Delta at Cheltenham.

Follow the Sign is my each way choice also - he will love the ground and will make this a real slog in the ground, he may just have too much stamina for these.

Some Tikket is the dark horse

Another exciting race on the cards here with many an exciting novice here - It may just pay to side with the dark horse here and opt for Some Tikket.
He comes into this race having won twice from the front and on heavy ground. The contast he won last time out was poor, but he won it at ease and despite his jumping not being fantastic - he will have gained a great deal of experience from it!

The brilliant Dermot Weld has booked Barry Geraghty for the ride and this is most interesting.
